One Hundred Years of Methodist Men
resource description

2008 is the centennial year for the organization known as Methodist Men. Of course, ministry to men began long before 1908. In the late 19th century groups of men were organized under various names, including the Brotherhood of St. Andrew, the Brotherhood of St. Paul, and the Mizpah Brotherhood, named for an ancient town located four miles from Jerusalem.

This document highlights some of the important events in the 100 years of men's ministry in the Methodist Church
