This center trains leaders to reach and disciple men. At the Leadership Training Center, we believe the key to lasting change in our families, our churches, and in our communities can be found in reaching and discipling men for Christ.

Our purpose is to train leaders to be effective in every ministry effort over the long term, eliminating “rollercoaster” men’s ministry.
