We are drawn together by our faith-based beliefs, a deep conviction that rehabilitation of prisoners is possible, and a common commitment to make a difference in the process.

Richard (Dick) Mailman's background as a nationally-recognized motivational speaker brings an inspiring blend of passion and perspective to his work of reaching inmates. Inmates respond to him as God uses Dick - who is blind himself - to open the eyes of others.
